My wife and I were in the market for a home on Lake Murray in South Carolina. We chose that area because my brother lives there, and kept telling us how much he loved it. I contacted my sister, who is a Realtor in Maryland, to help us out. For months we all were online checking out the homes for sale. Whenever we found one we thought we were interested in, I would let my sister check it out. After making a list of about thirty homes, it came time to make the trip to South Carolina. When it came time to pick a Realtor in the area of Lake Murray, my sister recommended we should choose Janet Loper to be our Realtor. She said of all the agents she spoke with, Janet was the most thorough and energetic. Well, I will tell you, my sister couldn't have been more right! From the time we met Janet, we knew she was the agent for us. Before we got to South Carolina, Janet had took the time to inspect all the homes on our list and came up with a short list of homes that most fit our desires. This woman never stopped working for us. Even after we closed on the house, she still was doing things for us. She even took the time to make us a personal virtual tour of our new home, so we could have fond memories for years to come. We chose a house on a Wednesday and thanks to Janet, we were able to close on that Friday. Janet was able to secure all of the inspections we requested in just one day. This was one of many of Janet accomplishments as a Top Performer. We couldn't believe the lake home of our dreams was ours in just three days. We were only in South Carolina for a week and went home owning our lake home. We only wish that Janet was able to be in Illinois to sell the house we are currently in. I wish to express my thanks and satisfaction I experienced with the services provided by Janet Loper during my recent move to South Carolina.
